You’re the Best!

On the way home Kate called and I spoke to her, wearing new hearing aids. Truly amazing the clarity and sharpness and the way it filters out noise. I never would have been able to hear her with the old ones. Thank you so much what a wonderful change.

You and Donna have always accommodated me in a very timely manner. The convenience of timely help and not having to go without the hearing aids for extended periods has been invaluable. I just wanted to tell you how good the Phonak TV & Music Set System is. The sound is unbelievable! During a hockey game I could hear the sticks hit the ice, hear the puck hit the sticks and hear the skates cut through the ice. I didn’t know what I was missing. When I watched a TV program I was able to hear all the conversations without any problem. I would highly recommend this system to anyone.

Thank you for all that you did to make my new hearing such a positive experience. You have a kind, friendly manner that you combine with knowledge of hearing and hearing instruments. You certainly put me at ease. My thanks as well to Joel who helped me decide what to look for! Kind wishes for you to come!

Just a note to let you know how much I appreciate the services I received at Audio Hearing Center. I have worn a hearing aid for 40 years and my hearing loss could not be corrected with a regular aid, but Audio Hearing Center did such a good job of fitting and tuning my hearing aid that I am more than satisfied with the hearing aid.

This is an unsolicited testimonial about how delighted I am with my new Phonak Audeo SMART IX hearing aids and accessories. I have been using aids since 1982, and these new aids have allowed changes in my lifestyle as no others have. I now have no hesitation to attend noisy parties and eat in noisy restaurants. I now understand my grandchildren much better than ever. For many years, I have avoided British shows, because of difficulty understanding the dialogue with British accents. This is no longer a problem. These are the highlights, but not everything that I am enjoying.

When we got to the office Mrs. A was thoroughly disturbed and felt that there would not be anyone who could adjust her hearing aid. Since I live in Andover, I chose to go to Audio Hearing Center, and was fit for Lyric hearing aids by Joel Rubin. I think its been almost 3 weeks, and they are perfect! It’s like they’re not even there. My hearing even adjusted to them. No more “Christmas Bells” in restaurants!

Love my iCom. I use it for my TV, and I am also able to hear very clearly both listening and speaking on my iPhone. I also use it almost daily with my MP3 player. I found a small device that connects to my MP3 player that enables Bluetooth connectivity without wires. Everything is much clearer when listening via my hearing aids. Thanks.

I recently received my new Phonak hearing aids from you folks. I couldn’t believe what I had been missing. I didn’t realize the directional signal in my car made a noise as it blinked. I would like to thank the office for all their hard work and for making sure that the product I got was fit exactly to my needs. Their attention to detail made it possible for me to enjoy a whole new world that over years had begun to disappear. Thank you so much for making this all possible.

First of all, I just wanted to thank you very much for going out of your way to see our daughter last Saturday afternoon when she was facing the vexing problem of a broken hearing aid.
