The new PhoneMate interface works great. It is exactly what I need to make the Phonak system work.

I participate in a lot of international conference calls and you can imagine the struggle dealing with the other parties using speaker phones, and speaking with accents.

I can now use the telephone without using it in conjunction with the older device. It really works well. I am grateful to you for taking extra time to work towards providing a custom-built phone interface that works.

I have been using the Triano BTE aid now for three months and it is amazing how well it works compared to my older aid that I thought was pretty good. It is nice to again hear sounds (pitches and frequencies) that I haven’t heard in years.

I want to thank you for my new hearing aids. I love them.

It took me months to decide to replace the conventional hearing aids that I already had or to buy new digital hearing aids.

I decided to buy digital hearing aids even though I thought they were rather expensive. What a difference they made in my daily life. They changed the quality of my life immediately. They took away the stress of not understanding people or television clearly, and not calling friends because I couldn’t hear them clearly on the telephone. Anyone who has lived through it knows just how stressful it is. I believe my new hearing aids are worth every penny and I can’t imagine living without them.

I want to thank you for your professionalism, and for the time you took to answer my questions before getting the right hearing aids for me. Just a note to let you know of my positive experiences with the new Sonic hearing aid (Innova). When in church last Sunday, I was able to still the sounds of crying children behind me. And the last program for the phone is such an improvement for me, as I had had the habit of removing the hearing aid for phone conversations, and consequently being paranoid about losing it!
